• How much does it cost to use KRY?

    Meeting a doctor through a video meeting at KRY costs 250 SEK for adults and is free of cost for children 0-19 years old. High cost protection card is applicable (except for prescription renewals only, i.e no video consultation)

    Presciption renewal

    In the KRY app by the Home tab, you will find our "Order presciption renewal" service. There you can request a recipe renewal without having meeting through video. This costs 150 SEK (not free of cost for children and high cost protection card does not apply).


  • How do I pay for my meeting or presciption renewal?

    You pay when you book your doctor's meeting or order presciption renewal. Payment can be made by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) or Klarna.

    Doctor´s meeting through video costs 250 SEK for adults. For children, youth up to 20 years of age and adults over 85 years the medical meeting is always free. High cost protection card is applicable.

    Order ofpresciption renewal, without a video meeting, costs 150 SEK, even for children and high-cost protection does not apply.



  • Do I get a receipt for my meeting?

    The booking confirmation you received by e-mail is valid as a receipt, and will be sent to your when you have confirmed the meeting.

  • In which cases can the patient fee be refunded?

    If you have paid a patient fee for a meeting that could not be completed due to technical malfunction and therefore not registered, please contact the support and we can help by reschedule the meeting or do a refund.

    If your doctor believes that you can not get help through a digital healthcare meeting and refer you directly to your healthcare center, your patient fee will be refunded automatically. Refund may take up to 3 days.
