Book a meeting

  • Book a revisit to the same doctor.

    Via KRY you can book a revisit to the doctor you met before.

    To do this, you need to login to the KRY app and click My previous meetings under the More- tab. There you can choose to book a visit to the doctor you previously met.

    The price for a revisitation is the same as for a first visit. However, if you have a high-cost protection card the revisit meeting will be free of charge. When confirming the meeting, there is an option for you to click “Pay with Free Card”. You will then be asked to enter your "high-cost protection card number.”

  • How do I book an appointment with a doctor?
    1. Download the KRY app on your mobile device, which requires iOS (v.9.0 or later) and Android (v.4.4 or later)
    2. Click on Sign in and log in with your mobile bankID or bankID
    3. Sign up for the app by entering a phone number and email address
    4. Click on Meet a doctor now or Schedule an appiontment'
    5. Select if you want to book time for Myself or My child under 16 years of age
    6. Select a symtom
    7. Fill out the symptom form. You are also able to upload images of your symptoms if applicable
    8. Confirm the meeting by clicking I have a free card or choose between payment options Pay by Klarna or Pay by card.


    Your meeting is now confirmed! The doctor will call you through the KRY app. Stay logged in before the meeting.

    Keep in mind that the mobile bankID or bankID must belong to you as a patient. It is not possible to book a meeting for someone else, as KRY requires that a patient as a patient can legitimize himself with secure identification.

  • How do I log in and out of the KRY app?

    Sign in:

    1. Download the KRY app on your mobile device, which requires iOS (v.9.0 or later) and Android (v.4.4 or later)
    2. Click Sign in and identify with your mobile bankID or bankID
    3. If you are not already registered, do this by entering a phone number and email address and accept the Terms of Service

    Keep in mind that the mobile bankID or bankID must belong to you as a patient. It is not possible to book a meeting for someone else, as KRY requires that a patient as a patient can legitimize himself with secure identification.

    Log out:

    1. Enter the More tab at the bottom right of the KRY app.
    2. Click Settings and then Log out

  • How do I book an appointment for my child?

    To book an appointment for your child between the age of 0-17 years, log in to the KRY app by signing up with your own BankID and then choose if you want to Meet a doctor now or Schedule an appointment. Thereafter you choose for whom you want to book the time and select My Child under 16 years of age.

    Children must be present during the appointment, just like an appointment at a regular healthcare center.

    Children who are 16 years old can legitimize themselves with BankID at KRY.

  • How much does it cost for children?

    Meeting a doctor through a video meeting at KRY is free of cost for children 0-19 years old.

    Order of presciption renewal, without a video meeting, costs 150 SEK, even for children and high-cost protection does not apply.

  • How long is the waiting time at KRY?

    The waiting time for a doctor´s meeting may vary. There are usually longer waiting times early mornings and late afternoons.

    KRY Supports opening hours are weekdays at 9.00-17.00.

    The waiting time for recipe renewal order is usually 4 hours. Please contact KRY Support for questions.

  • How do I cancel or reschedule my meeting?
    • Scheduled meetings can be rescheduled or canceled no later than 15 minutes before the scheduled start time. Go to My Upcoming Meetingswhich you will find in the More tab at the bottom right.
    • Drop-in meetings can not be rebooked or canceled via the app. To get help please contact support:

    When you cancel your meeting, an automatic refund of your patient fee is done. If you have chosen to pay by card, the refund will be delivered to you within 3 days. If you have chosen to pay by Klarna, this will be canceled.
